The large family bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, and there is an additional third shower room and toilet on the same floor as the living room, convenient for guests using the sofa bed. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a brand new Smart 85" TV with international channels. A baby cot and high chair are available for an extra fee if requested in advance. The apartment has 3 bedrooms (two upstairs and one downstairs), all with double queen size beds, and 2 bathrooms (both with step-in showers). Recently renovated, the lounge/kitchen/dining area is open plan, decorated in soothing Scandinavian tones with comfortable furniture. The highlight is the large terrace that gets sun all day long, with chillout seating, two sunbeds, and outdoor dining for up to 6 guests. For those who prefer private sunbathing, there is a small balcony terrace accessed directly from the upstairs Master Bedroom. A wide variety of international TV channels and apps are available on the smart TV, and there is high-speed fibre optic wifi available. Jardines de Santa Maria Golf is a fully gated community with 24-hour manned security, a choice of 4 swimming pools, and beautiful gardens. There is a kids playground as well as a zip-wire park just 5 minutes walk away. The lively centre of Elviria with its choice of bars, restaurants, and supermarkets is also 5 to 10 minutes walk away, and the beach is a further 10 minutes walk. The closest beach is Playa de la Víbora, and it is 1.3 km away. Taxi stands and bus stops are also found in Elviria, so a car is not necessary. The bus to Marbella Old Town takes less than 25 minutes, and by car, it is just 15 minutes. The apartment is not suitable for celebrations or parties due to the close proximity of neighbours and the community.

The third level features a built-in barbecue and dining area. For cooler evenings, the living room has a flat-screen TV with a variety of Spanish and international channels, as well as a fireplace.
